Executive Assistant - Full time


This admin will work in a diverse and complex startup environment that includes scientific and executive contacts. This admin will need to work with the Executive Team to coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. The admin will also be expected to have excellent MS Office skills, proficient in the MS Suite of applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), as well as Google Suite, and Slack.

Primary Responsibilities include, not limited to:

• Supports 3+ members of Executive Team

• Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings in different geographies and time zones and arranges conference calls via Zoom

• Organizes and manages multiple calendars

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities

• Manages domestic and international travel arrangements

• Prepares Expense Reports

• Assists Operations Manager as needed when projects arise, and provide backup

• Provides general administrative support to company employees as needed

• May be asked to assist in company office moves/other

• Assists in maintaining presentable office space, keeping kitchen tidy, and watering office plants


• Expert skills required with business systems, Google Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to details with the ability to prioritize and multi-task is a must

• Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines independently

• Must be able to use sound judgment and have solid decision-making skills when resolving complex issues

• Strong customer orientation and an interactive team player

• Other desired job skills include analytical and strategic-thinking abilities and customer orientation

• At least 3+ years of Executive support experience, preferably in a start-up

Bachelors degree preferred

Mandarin fluency a plus
